Is it possible to install volumio on raspbian, I mean i need it to installed on a non headless OS ?

Volumio it’s not an app that can be installed, it is an operating system.
So the answer is no, you can either have Volumio or Raspbian on your RPi
Do you know an alternative to Volumio that can be an App on raspbian controlled via a web page ?

I have successfully run Plex on my RPi previously.
There are likely many more you could try but this is the one I know.
