I see a bunch of errors in the log.
Please reflash a new SD with Raspberry Pi Imager, don’t connect any disk or USB device, don’t install any plugin.
First setup Volumio, then install LMS. If it still don’t work I have no idea.

So are there still issues then?
I even tried on installing another RPi 3B+ board. thinking it might be issue of allo USB Brdige, Still same issue

I did a clean install from image (“Volumio-3.631-2024-02-21-pi.zip”), then installed the latest LMS (“logitechmediaserver_8.5.0_all.deb”).
