@Balbuze, I am very interested in installing your plugin Volumio Simple Equalizer 0.4.1. I’m installing it through the web GUI under “Plugins>Audio interface”. But, it always fails to install:
I use a Raspberry Pi 3 with Hifiberry Amp+. Any ideas? The error message sure doesn’t give any hints.

What is your device and version of volumio? Have you installed other plugins? Have you changed the default sudo password?
I just installed it on afresh install (rpi2 + volumio “myvolumio 1.002”), and it just works as expected with iqaudio dac.
@Balbuze: Thanks for your tip on restoring the default password. That did it! Must thank you for this wonderful capability I previously had to use console commands for.
Maybe the error message could be more elaborate, I had no idea changing the default password would deny me installing plugins.
