In “Search Plugins” theres nothing showing

I bought lifetime subscription. Im using Volumio 3.757 installed in Raspberry Pi 5. But the problem is no plugins showing in the Search Plugins tab. What is the possible reasons and solutions of these problems?

Yes, log in already. I can play in Radios & Tidal. The only problem is the plugins not showing.

Is the date of your rpi5 correct. Because even without premium the plugins should be active.
As premium user you’re entitled to premium support, just raise a ticket:

Thanks for comforting. Actually I did it already and that was exact and correct but still no plugins showing. But may I know the other way how to check the time or date and how to fix it?

What I did are; reflash, reinstall, reconfigure, reboot, restart, tried the previous version of Volumio OS and back to latest again, reset, reconfigure, reformat microSD32GB, change microSD32GB - change Raspberry Pi 5 total of 3 Pi’s, reflashing using Raspberry Pi Imager, and also Etcher. These all I did already but still nothing happen

There’s a questions come up on mi mind.
Is this problem not related to the following possible reason;

  1. Raspberry Pi model? (I’m using Pi5)
  2. Volumio version compatibility? (I’m using latest)
  3. Settings of 5G modem router?
  4. Or the type of subscription license itself like features inclusion) or
  5. Geo-restrictions?
