NOTICE FOR US CUSTOMERS – PLEASE READ
Hello Volumio community and customers in the U.S.,
We want to inform you about some important updates regarding orders shipped to the United States.
Due to recent changes in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) procedures, some shipments are experiencing customs clearance delays.
CBP now requires additional documentation for certain imports.
This is not due to any error on your part, nor does it involve any extra charges for you. It is simply a new administrative requirement from U.S. authorities.
What do we need from you?
CBP Form 5106
Required only in some cases. This form registers your identity as the consignee of the shipment and must be completed by a U.S. individual or business.

TSCA LOA Authorization
This form authorizes FedEx to declare that your product complies with the U.S. Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

Important Notes
You will NOT be charged any customs duties or import fees — Volumio covers 100% of these costs.
These forms are only required for customs clearance and do not imply any tax or legal responsibility on your part.
Once we receive the signed documents, we will handle everything else to expedite your delivery.
If you do not provide the requested documentation, we will be forced to cancel your order automatically.
Please make sure to collaborate promptly to avoid losing your purchase.
A note on pricing and availability
As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share that — due to increased import duties and the EUR/USD exchange rate — we’ve had to adjust our prices for U.S. customers.
We’ve absorbed these changes for as long as possible, but in order to continue delivering high-quality products and support, this adjustment was necessary. It’s possible that further price changes may be required in the future, depending on how the situation evolves.
Additionally, due to import restrictions, the product LINEO5 will not be available for sale in the U.S.
We know this may be disappointing and we’re truly sorry — we’re working hard to find a solution that will allow us to bring all Volumio products to our U.S. customers again soon.
