hi how do I unmounmt the volumio from my raspberry pi ?

I activated in the mobile device add to internal SSD card, so it boots up in this forma

How do I get to the raspberry Pi OS?

Volumio is an OS, not an application. So everything that was on the SSD is overwritten by the Volumio OS. This is also mentioned when you choose to write it to the SSD.
You need to reinstall Raspberry Pi OS if you want that.
