I have an LHI Raspberry Pro with Volumio installed. How would I either reinstall Volumio or install Ropieee? LHY shipped it with the microSD installed. Would it be as simple as remove Volumio card, replace with Ropieee?
You have a unit that is not Volumio OEM, yet you ask on the Volumio community how to install Ropieee on it.
Wouldn’t a different community be the more appropriate place for that question?
Never mind. I’ll figure it out out use another product. I was under the impression since I am paying for a Premium support I could contact you.

LHY => Connect with LHY they need to support you, as they provide the hardware that is failing
Ropieee => Ropieee forum.
Volumio => here, but then you need to provide the requested information
Sorty for the confusion. I’m returning the LHY to them. I have ordered a Magna Ultra on which current owner has Volumino installed. The reason I reached out before was thinking since I purchased Premium that purchase included support.
Community support is not related to free or premium subscriptions, the community supports in either way.
If you have a premium subscription you are entitled for premium support by Volumio.
This community is driven by volunteers, giving their free time to support others. It’s not driven by Volumio.
And again you need to get story correct. I tried to support you, but you’re simply not answering any question that give us the possibility to support you.

I am returning the LHY to manufacturer if possible to the hardware vendor. I instead have ordered a Mano Ultra mkIII. The seller told me it already has Volumino installed.
