How to get reverb and delay effects

Hi
I am new to Volumio. I just got Volumio installed on a raspberry pi 4.
I am wondering whether there is any way to add audio effects like reverb and echo/delay. Are there any plugins that will enable adding such effects?

No, there is nothing for this.

As said above, not in Volumio. Maybe get a hardware device to put in between your Volumio device and your amp.
