How to download Volumio software for RPi without img, just the Volumio sofware?

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to download only Volumio software without img distribution.

I am looking to install Volumio on an RPi which has its own image distribution installed, do you think this is possible?

I actually have an RPi which is installed as a print server, and I would like to install Volumio on that server.

No, Volumio is a standalone distro, you cannot download parts of it.
