Please tell me how to add ONEDRIVE to play on Pi5 same this image ?

Iā€™m not sure, but I think there was only a beta version available for Volumio 2. To get access to test versions you need to activate the test mode for plugins:

  1. http://volumio.local/dev
  2. Enable test mode (click the button next to it to switch the value from FALSE to TRUE)

Indeed correct.

This plugin was only available as Beta in V2 of Volumio, more then 4 years ago.
It never came to a stable release and was never upgrade to Volumio V3.
