How to add FTP functionality to VOLUMIO

Hi!

I’m using Volumio on a Cubietruck. This version have a SATA conector to plug a HDD.
I would like to know if its possible to add FTP functionality to Volumio, in order to place music on the HDD, from another computer.
I think maybe it’s possible cause i’ve read you can add this functionality on raspbian, for example.

Unfortunatelly i’m a newcomer on this…

Thanks a lot!

i’m on the same man…

FTP functionality is already installed in volumio when you have ssh enabled, this is default.

Start you favorite FTP program, connect using SFTP on port 22, login with one of the user accounts and your in.

Yes, Its that easy!
And all traffic is encrypted instead of FTP where every one on the line could sniff all files.

Excuse me,
I’m using Volumio on a Raspberry Pi5. This version have a SATA conector to plug a SSD.
I would like to know if its possible to add FTP functionality to Volumio, in order to place music on the SSD, from another computer.

Status: Connecting to 192.168.1.98…
Response: fzSftp started, protocol_version=11
