How do you shut off/restart?

This is a rather simple question. I know you can turn your system off and restart it by unpluggin the power cable and then reconnecting it. I also know that you have a shutdown button in the settings, but after shutting it down, how can you remotely restart it?

Hardware: RPI4 - 4GB
DAC:Hifiberry Dac Pro

I think that is not possibile to start up the system remotely.
I bought a power supply with on/off button.
