How do i get the folk at volumio to reinstate my account

I just paid for the annual subscription, but for some reason itbhas been canceled and i don’t have access to my paid subscription, paid about two weeks ago. I didn’t cancel. No one will help. Isbitca common thing,

I paid on the 16th November 2025. Can someone please respond and help.

Thanks for you patience. I’ve already replied to you via support ticket.
Just to recap: the previous annual subscription was cancelled and a refund has been processed for that payment, you should receive it back through the same method you used to pay. Once is that’s completed, you can go ahead and purchase a new annual plan.
