Yesterday I was looking at the github moode and they write that their hotspot works with integrated wifi on the raspberry pi3.
Why does not it work on volumio?
Hotspot works fine with volumio and Raspberry Pi 3 (among others). It’s available right after the first boot unless you changed the settings.

Be interested if you could try hotspot fallback, hasn’t worked for me, and some others, for months.
fallback hotspot does not work, hotspot turns on only when I do reboot, it does not automatically switch as I turn off the router
