I have a Primo Hi-Fi Edition and updated to toady to the latest version 3.611. Since that the GUI isn’t shown any more on TV-screen via HDMI. Instead I get error messages. How can I fix it and make the GUI work again?
Are you using Pi5?, if so it is a known issue and there is a coding fix out there.
Ooops, see that you have the Primo, perhaps it has the same issue as the Pi5.
Yes, it is a primo. But anyway thanks for the info. I’lll wait for the fix for the primo.
If you have a Primo (V1 Hifi-edition or V2) you can create a support ticket, then your issue will get faster attention.

I am sorry, but the update didn’t fix the issue. The font of the error messages is enlarged, that’s it.

Thanks now I succeeded to log on again, and the suggested Factory Reset worked!
