I am a Virtuoso level user, and my account has just been renewed at that level despite Virtuoso no longer existing for new users. I can see Tidal and my favourite albums saved on tidal, but they no longer play. They play via Tidal connect but not natively from within Volumio.
Has Volumio reneged on its promise to leave Virtuoso-level users with the features they always had?
Absolutely not. We are keeping the Virtuoso plan active for those subscribed to it, and will not downgrade it in the future neither.
It sounds like you’re having a technical issue, maybe the songs you saved as favourites are not available any more on TIDAL or their URL changed. I suggest to create a ticket and our support staff will gladly help you there.

It’s great to hear that you are not / haven’t changed the virtuoso level. But there is definitely something amiss apart from via connect, nothing works on tidal via volumio, everything displays but nothing will play.
