Volumio has become so unreliable that I considering looking for another option, endless wi-fi problems & ‘your Teradak digi-hat worked perfectly yesterday but it wont work today’, it worked this morning but cant be contacted this afternoon. The time spent on this, just getting it working is to much

Do you mean Volumio 4? It has been the default installation download on the Volumio website since late last year. However, there is no OTA update from Volumio 3. Volumio 4 requires a clean initial installation.

Earlier this evening Volumio played all music at 10 x the normal playback speed, that has now stopped but when I play music it sounds like a slightly damaged CD with constant clicking in the background

I’m trying fresh install, with a download of the latest version of Volumio and have reformatted my micro SD card and will try again and see what happens - when Volumio is working correctly it’s fantastic but it certainly has its moments…
A fresh installation has fixed the issues mentioned above although I would like to know what went wrong with my previous installation.
