File Path

I have just purchased an Allo Digione Player and I’m successfully using with Volumio.
I currently have a USB memory stick plugged into the Pi and can see and play the music files with no problems. I’d now like to access the files on an external Hard Drive plugged into my PC, but cannot for the life of me work out the file path.
I’d be very grateful if someone could give me some guidance on how to determine and input the file path into Volumio.

You’ll have to share your hdd with appropriate permissions, and then mount it in Volumio.

In terms of seeing the path/share name, you could try ‘smbclient -L 192.168.x.x’ from your device (192.168.x.x is the IP address of your PC).
