File metadata and cover picture edit options

I have local library, but metadata in files is not always in same style. Some mp3 have written name incorrect, somebowhere is changed some chars case somewhere is space missing, and somewhere is broken encoding. Basically I want edit some metadata to prettify the library. Well is there any utility I could use to edit metadata or some plugin for volumio, to edit metadata?

Raspberry Pi 3 with 128GB SD
Volumio 2.917

Have a look at mp3tag. It’s quite powerful. Also runs on Linux using Wine.
