I am currently using Volumio Virtuoso which I’d like to cancel. When I hit the cancel button I get a return saying “Error Cancellation Failed”…

sorry for the slow action (missed that because of Christmas holidays).
I just checked on our system and it appears that your subscription has already been cancelled on 14th december.
