DAC: SMSL Sanskrit 10th

Hi, I was looking for an equalizer (software) that I can use. Using Volumio’s “Help” function, I came to this page:

and in the third image I saw that there is a plugin called “Volumio Simple Equalizer”, but I can’t find it in my menu.
What could be the problem?
