Embedded vs x86 vs Volumio device?

I’m curious.

Are there any kind of numbers that show what the distribution is regarding how folks run Volumio:

Embedded (Pi, etc.).
Dedicated x86.
A Volumio hardware device.

Seems most folks go Pi?

Just curious. I’m x86 on an HP EliteDesk 800 35W G3 Desktop Mini PC (salvaged from the “technology recycling bin” at work).

Hello, i actually created similar post a few days ago asking for experiences on sound quality difference using different devices. PI is easy, small nice but not the best streamer. I ended up with a modified X86 system.
