DSD direct not working as expected

I am using a DAC Yamaha cd-S2100. It is recognised by Volumio (Steinberg driver, ASIO).

My setup is as follow, I have activated DSD direct:

I am playing this DSD file:

My DAC should display:

And this is what I get:

This is as if I was configured to play DSD as DOP…

Any idea ?

I add this link to a paper published by Yamaha explaining how ton configure Foobar to play DSD direct to the DAC.

I hope this could help finding how to do it with Volumio.
