Does the Inno maker DAC pro Hat ES9038Q2M work with RPI 5?

Hi. I’m looking to upgrade my DAC. This one looks good, but one of the reviews said it did not work with an RPI 5.
Does anyone have this working on a rpi 5 and how do you like it? Does it have volume control?
