Does anyone had a failed allo product and need to send RMA?

I have a piano 2.1 and kali sent back to claim RMA, spent 8 months but still in waiting. First they said I’ll get the replacement units after they had received the bad one but now their reason is the repairing parts are not able to get from China because of the virus.

Im very angry of their service and just really want to share the 8-month-email-conversation to you guys. Forgive me if it is a wrong topic here but this is only I can do here to share to everyone.
