Do not resample DSD output

Currently, Volumio resamples DSD output.

This makes no sense, as none of the 100% volume, DSD Direct / DSD over PCM options make any sense, since now it’s just a PCM stream.

I recommend the following fix:

  1. Change DSD Playback mode to support: PCM, DSD Direct, DSD over PCM. This is the standard 3 choice in other audio players.
  2. When DSD playback is DSD Direct or DSD over PCM, do not resample.
