Gapless playback over DLNA-/UPNP Renderer seems to be not supported in Volumio 
It works with a mounted network share…ok, but I wanna stream the music as bitperfect 24Bit-PCM stream from JRiver via DLNA through ALLO USBridge to the DAC.
For me this is the most audiophil and best sounding way and I can also control playback on Volumio over JRiver with GIZMO like a ROON Bridge.
I know that JRiver supports SetNextAvTransportUri which is required for pre-buffering the next track. I think that function is missing in the implementation of Volumio´s UPNP-Renderer?
Setup:
Zotac CI540 Win10 with JRiver MC23 (Controller for music database)
ALLO USBridge with Volumio 2.513 (Sparky)
Antelope Zodiac Gold 32Bit/384KHz DAC
I also missing this feature for manual track changes. If bitdepth and samplerate are the same it shouldn´t be necessary to stop the output-signal. But I think this could also been solved by supporting SetNextAvTransportUri.
A fade out/in option would also be nice during manual track changes without stopping/restarting the output stream.
I hope gapless playback for UPNP/DLNA will be supported in a next release because I think gapless playback is a must have for an audiophile player with UPNP/DLNA support
