RPI4, Modushop case, Waveshare 11.9, M.2 SSD, USB3 HUB with external power, linear power supply and standby module with trigger in/out, but I haven’t used them yet.

Is this mounted to a flange or a tight clearance opening? Also, how much clearance did you leave around the display?
I wonder mostly about the software or plugin used to display the contents shown on the display
