I’m building a Rpie 4 volumio streamer.
This will utilize a AES hat from audiophonics.
Since the audio will run fixed for bit perfect sound volume adjustment will have to be done elsewhere.
Speakers will be Genelec GLM speakers.
The GLM unit from genelec has a 3.5mm input for volume adjustment.
The volume knob Genelec sells contain a 10k potmeter.
Does a devices exist that can be controlled from the rpie and can be set as volume in volumio?
What i need i guess is a digital potentiometer that outputs a restistance valume between 0-10k according to a volume slider in software.
