i payed for tidal [vituoso] and it is not working so i canceled you still billed me 1 month
i am ok with one month please make sure you dont charge any more months

I was under the impression you had to have a paid tidal account too for it to work in MyVolumio?

I am checking and I see you subscribed for 1 month, but did not cancel. You will be billed again on 12th november if you don’t cancel your subscription.

i did cancel and i am telling you what else do i need to do your software is defective or beta if thats what you want to call it
it will not work i am not a software coder icant fix it please cancel

First: you’re not paying for TIDAL, but for MyVolumio subscription (which is a set of additional features). TIDAL subscription is another thing, and you deal with TIDAL for that.

I gave another look, and you subscribed and the same day cancelled your account. So the situation you see is totally normal.
I’ve refunded your payment (since that did not work for you). Last, if you need help, explain us in a better way what your problem is.

I explained in second post that he needed tidal account, he didn’t respond to it.
Maybe it would be worthwhile updating wording to ensure people know they need subscription from service provider too.

i do have a tidal account works perfect with windows 10
no place to sign in on my volumio even with virtuoso payed
it still said i needed to pay and i did read other post and checked
where you said the sign in was thank you for your help i just wanted
to make shure of no continuing charges let me know when its out of beta

We’ll make sure to explain clearly how to enable a device to enjoy TIDAL, as sometimes it might be disguising

just be shure that you use the myvolumio image and not the standard volumio image.
updates.volumio.org/pi/myvolumio … pi.img.zip
place your tidal account info in the music section. good luck.
