Can't mount Win10 share

Volumio 2.502 on a RPI3B+ seems to be working fine…I can see the internal storage on the Volumio. But no matter what I try I cannot get a SMB share mounted from the Win 10 box. I can see the /Music share on another win box and access it fine. I’ve tried adding the vers=3.0 option, no go…I’ve tried turning on SMB1 on the win10…no go. Everyone user has full permissions on Win10 box.

Under My Music tab it shows the share and it knows its size, its just not mounted.

Volumio sees the media server on the same Win 10 box fine…

When I make changes it flashes a box in the upper right corner but it goes away to fast to read.

I’ve searched and tried stuff for 2 days now…help Thanks
Rick

PS heres the link to my log file logs.volumio.org/volumio/6zvxN5Z.html

Dec 07 20:42:48 volumio kernel: Status code returned 0xc0000022 STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED Dec 07 20:42:48 volumio kernel: CIFS VFS: Send error in SessSetup = -13 Dec 07 20:42:48 volumio kernel: CIFS VFS: cifs_mount failed w/return code = -13

…which sounds as though your Windows box is not allowing connection to the share.

Edit: I’ve had a play with this & I’m seeing the same problem as you. Unfortunately I’m rather “out of the loop” with Windows 10 and it’s permission/security setup. Let’s hope the Windows experts on here will be able to help you out.

After installing Moode audio and having the same issue, I finally figured out is was a bad user/password after I got that straightened out all is fine. Using ver=3.0 option.
