I attempted to install Volumio 3 on a new RPi 5. I used the Rasberry imager to create the flash drive. I attached a monitor to monitor progress. I see the Volumio splash screen. After a few seconds the screen goes blank and the RPi status light turns solid red. I attempted it 3 times with the same result. I verified the flash card is good by burning the RPi OS to it. I am out of ideas and appreciate any pointers.
Did you download the image from Volumio.com and not the one provided by Raspberry Pi Imager? As the latter is know to have issues.

I was able to successfully install using the Volumio installer.
Seems odd Raspberry would include a Volumio option that doesn’t work. I’m guessing it may have something to do with my modifying the installation parameters with WiFi credentials.

So far we only experience issues with the images provided by Raspberry Pi Imager.
You should not modify any settings with the imager, just follow the instruction provided by Volumio.
Using the Volumio installer allowed me to successfully install it.
I did not see any explicit instructions on the Volumio website regarding using the Raspberry option for installing Volumio but its possible I overlooked it.
