Cancellation of subscription

I cancelled my subscription with about three weeks left on the monthly subscription which was paid for. The moment I cancelled, the subscription was terminated immediately. Something is not right here and I suspect it’s not even legal!

The same is for me, I don’t have any Volumio device, premium is valid until November 2024. but if I want to cancel it will be immediately canceled, no matter if it is payed until November? Why? It is not fair and it is totally unfriendly!!!
If you work in that manner then please do the refund.

Please note that the subscription management, including cancellations, is handled by Paddle, our payment processor. Unfortunately, their system is designed to immediately cancel access upon request, even if the subscription is paid through November 2024.
