Can´t connect to wifi Volumio hotspot

I just apply Volumio image, so I think it’s v3, and I can’t even see the Volumio hotspot in my desktop. I tried in my Linux Mint 22.1, my android and a windows machine but none can see the hotspot.
I don’t know if has anything to do, but I apply the image with Raspberry imager and set the OS customizations to configure wifi, username and password and the hostname.
Maybe those affect the hotspot initial configuration?

Any help will be appreciated because I’m about to try a different audio specific OS.

Yeah there did you go wrong.

  • Please download the official image from Get Started - Volumio. Don’t use the one provided by the image tool.
  • Unzip it and flash the *.img file
  • Don’t apply any customizations as that will result into the issue your having.
  • Boot the new flashed image, wait aprox. 3-5 minutes
  • The hotspot will reveal itself.
