Browse page, get all icons in 1 page

In the page “Browse”, In order to avoid to scroll down to display all icons, I would be good to either be able :

  • to reduce the size of all icons to fit 1 page of a 7" touchscreen, or
  • to have the capability in the appearance menu to change the order of the icons or/and hide some of them.

There is an open PR github.com/volumio/Volumio2/pull/1656 that lets you select what sources you want displayed.
