Audiophonics and physical output volume control

Hello,
I have on my Raspi 5 a “DAC PCM5122 I2S 32bit 384khz DSD128” from Audiophonics.
I’d like to know how to add a physical volume knob with a potentiometer or with 2 + - buttons.
Do you have any idea how to do this and how to make the settings in Volumio?

You can choose one of 2 plugins:
Rotary encoder or GPIO buttons.
Both can control your Volumio’s volume level.
