Audio interference

Hi, i know this has potentially been covered a couple of times but im having a bit of an issue

I have Volumio on a Pi4 with a RaspberryPi Pro DAC HAT that i have transplanted into an old boombox. I will post about it in the projects category when its finished

I have it nearly finished but im getting really bad interference when the Pi is booting/Under CPU load.

At the moment the Boombox runs from its own internal PSU and the Pi is run from a USB PSU.

So far I have
-Tried a different power cable
-Tried a different wall adaptor for the Pi - One Pi original 5v 3A PSU and a Oneplus high output phone charger
-Tried swapping the DAC Hat for a USB DAC

But i still seem to get noise through the speakers - Think back to the days of early digital mobile phones and you get the idea.

Ive tried it without the audio outputs connected to the internal wiring of the boombox and I get no noise so ive ruled out the Pi broadcasting RF interference so that leads me to it being a potential power issue

Im going to see if i can find somewhere on the boombox to harvest 5v for the Pi to rule out a weird ground loop but can anyone think of anything else?
