Allo PSU sufficient for Hifi System?

Hi,
so this is my setup:
Raspberry pi 3
Piano DAC 2.0
Kali Reclocker
The official 7" Screen

It is all powered by the ALLO PSU (5V 3A) plugged into the Kali

However, when I startup the system I get the small colored rectangle in the upper right corner which supposedly indicates a low power supply. Is the Allo PSU not suitable to power all the above. Do I need to plug in an aditional power source? (if so would i plug it into the RbPi or the Screen?)

I’d consider a separate supply to the screen.
