I just bought an Allo Boss DAC from Volumio. Using the DAC as a WiFi sender is pretty intuitive and easy to setup and use sourcing local audio files on a USB drive.
I want to play Spotify on a new MacBook or iPhone 8 via WiFi to the Allo Boss. I cannot find a step by step setup procedure to configure the Boss as a WiFi receiver. I have read various postings that wifi streaming to the Boss can be accomplished using AirPlay.
If such setup procedure does exist, can someone please point me to its location? If the procedure doesn’t exist, would it be possible to create and publish it easily?
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.
