I recently setup a pi 3 with allo boss dac as a headless music player, the pi/dac is inside and plugged into my AV amp which can switch the audio to my alfresco speakers.
I have another pi 3 with touchscreen that I would like to setup in the alfresco and use it to control the headless volumio inside. Apart from setting up the alfresco pi system to just runup a web browser to the volumio, is there any other way of doing this?
Can volumio have slave units that have no dac but just control the main unit?
