Airplay track name in Volumio

Hi guys,

Just installed on a Pi and am streaming over airplay which is working fine.

However, there is no information regarding the tracks being played being displayed in the web front end. It just showing the last track played from web radio.

Is it possible to display current track streaming from airplay?

I don’t think so, these are two totally different things: the main interface is showing what the mpd (music player deamon) is playing, airplay goes via the shairport daemon. In that last case, I think no meta data is included, at least Apple TV is not showing it either AFAIK.
