After upgrade to premium account nas content (database , sources) is lost and I can't re-add it HELP

Hello.

Yesterday I upgraded my volumio account from virtuosso to premium. No problems, no errors…
10-15 Minutes after the upgrade I rebooted volumio because playing songs from my NAS didn’t work anymore

After the reboot the configured source (my nas) didn’t work anymore. All content was lost…
When I try to add this source (nas. cifs) it didn’t work. I got the message that mpd service has no database. Even after a few reboots and trying to add the source no succes. #help.
Also the content on the internal volumio storage is gone…

Before the upgrade to premium … all worked fine…

How can I solve this serious incident?
Hope to hear soon from you!

Grtz Fred

With Premium you also get dedicated support, so the fastest way to get help is to create a support ticket at Jira Service Management

try from SSH:
sudo systemctl restart mpd

Hello [Wolfman74]: thanks, didn’t know that

@Wheaten: I’ll try that when I am at home… Question: doesn’t do a reboot/restart of the PI the same?**

Well, you can also get quick support from the usercommunity by @Wheaten

But as I wrote above, dedicated support is one of the perks with Premium.

As far as I know, it doesn’t create a new dB file. running this command does.

That might do the trick!

@Wheaten: it worked! After running the command the content was immidiatly back… After a reboot AND after a power down/power up cyclus the content was still there! Thunks for your support! Grt Fred
