After all updates the screen is upside down

I’m using Raspberry Pi with official touch screen.
After the system is updated, I must modify the config. txt file to restore the correct orientation of the screen.
A bit annoying and not very user friendly … :angry:
Is there a way to avoid it?
Is it not possible to create an update procedure that don’t change the file ?
