Access after subscription cancelled

Hi,

my “virtuoso yearly plan” was activated only today. Then I cancelled it again, because I don’t want to have it prolongated automatically. Now volumio (v2.502, Raspberry Pi) states that I only have a free plan and I can’t access qobuz streaming any more, even though my payment should still be valid for an entire year. qobuz is still shown on the “Browse” page, but it only gives an error (“No results”). It doesn’t show the play arrow for the device on myvolumio.org either.

This issue has been raised, that we should keep the subscription valid even if the plan is cancelled.
We are working on that, but it’s not simple at all.
To solve your issue I can re-enable your sub for one year, please send me an email at info at volumio dot org

Thanks for the quick resolution! Maybe there should be some kind of warning when a subscription is cancelled for the time being.
