Hello
i have system Version 2.224
and i can’t activate the WLAN Interface, i only able to connect over cable.
How do i access my Pi with telnet?

You should be able to set up WiFi from the UI … have a look at the quick start guide in my signature.

You don’t telnet, you use ssh. volumio.github.io/docs/User_Manual/SSH.html
