I prepaid $69.99 on 11/08/2022 for one year of the Premium subscription. On 11/28 using paddle.net I cancelled the subscription thinking the premium subscription features would be available for the year I signed up for. But now according to the OS profile, it seems like I’ve been downgraded to the free version. Can someone direct me to who can reenable the premium features I paid for, or alternatively refund me the unused portion of the subscription if you don’t intend to honor the purchase.
