Volumio out via HDMI

Hi all,

I’ve purchased an Essence HDACC II-4K DAC that has the ability to use HDMI to receive audio.

Does Volumio recognize the HDMI output as a sound device on a Raspberry Pi 3? I’d prefer to use the HDMI interface if possible.
