Hi. I have a 200GB, 40k file music library and Volumio never finishes scanning it. Files are in a 1TB external on one of the USB ports. The listing of “my music” stops at 3628 tracks.

I got a similar problem and it turned out that I had corrupted files in my library stopping the scanning problem. I’m now getting around 14k of my 19k files and I’m still searching.
My library is mainly made out of HighRes and DSD files, collected over many years. I started to check my folders one by one to find potential problems and retag when necessary.
Just make sure, you don’t have a Recycle bin or a trash folder on your drive, as Volumino will use them as well
