VOLUMIO 3 on rpi 4 stops playing next random track in album

Hi friends, my volumio 3 on a rpi 4, stops playing random between two tracks in a album. It happens very oft and it is really annoying.

Can anyone help me.

My dad had the same issue as i. He has the same device and software.

Thanks by advance

same issue in x86, any idea?

@krlsantcard
is infinity play on, and more then 15 tracks in the queue?

Please provide a log when playback stops.

Hey @Dick_van_der_Wal,

In the shared log there are entries like:

Nov 08 17:23 : player: played "USB/Seagate_Portable_Drive/Various Composers; Jordi Savall, Hespèrion XX - Elizabethan Consort Music 1558-1603/29. Hesperion XX – In Nomine V a 7.flac"

Nov 08 17:36 : player: played "USB/Seagate_Portable_Drive/Bowen, York; Andrew Davis, BBC SO - Symphonies Nos 1 & 2 [24-96]/01 Symphony No. 1, Op. 4/01 - Edwin York Bowen Symphony No. 1, Op. 4 - I. Allegro assai.flac"

Above suggests that the mpd database holds references to removed by an external actions objects or referenced objects are in incorrect type. As a first action I would re-scan the Music Sources to see if such inconsistency can be reduced.

Kind Regards,
