Hello there,
after updating to 3.429 there is no Tidal checkbox to log in. Only „try free trial“
I‘m logged in with VirtousoPlan.
Any ideas?

Please login to MyVolumio and check if your device is activated.
If there is a green play icon press it.
Thanks for the hint, I checked this yesterday, but it doesn’t bring Tidal back

@quietschkaese since you are a paid user, you are entitled for direct support, which is the best way to solve your issue quickly, and also so we understand what went wrong and fix it

please try simply to logout from Virtuoso, reboot the unit, login to Virtuoso
if it doesn’t help, a FACTORY RESET (system menu) may fix the problem
Otherwise raise a support ticket HERE

Ok I solved this prob…
Simply logged out and after that logged in. Voila: Tidal is there again
